We are a graduate Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, located in Sacramento, California. The Epsilon Xi chapter has existed in Sacramento for over 60 years ans our members have participated in all facets of city life, providing service to government, civic, educational, and humanitarian efforst. Our main emphasis however is in giving scholarships to graduation high school seniors as a springboard to their college education.

We know your time is important, so it is the duty of the chapter's website to provide information on projects, services, and events which are vital to our continued success and growth.
Our many and vaired programs are all performed in our fraternal spirit, living our motto of "Friendship is Essential to the Soul".
